Celebrating Our 20 Years Anniversary – Supporting Local Charities
We are supporting three local charities throughout the year with various events and fundraisers.
TOTAL RAISED SO FAR: 7,150€
MABS – Cancer Support Fundación’s commitment in Spain can be summed up in this short sentence: "To care, comfort and counsel people affected by cancer".
SANJU – A kitten rescue organisation located in Jávea, Spain, that hand-rears and finds homes for abandoned kittens.
B.A.M Volunteer Firefighters – The ISVH Voluntarios Firefighters, BAM, is the local resident association with more than 1000 members that provides a voluntary and only fire service in Javea.

Fundraising Events
20 KM Charity Walk – Sunday 26th April 2026
We took on a 20 km charity walk around Jávea and raised an incredible €7,150.
After weeks of preparation, it was a fantastic day from start to finish, made possible by the support, generosity, and effort of everyone involved. A sincere thank you to all who walked with us, donated, and cheered us on along the way.
We are especially grateful to Canela Café and Cortados for the well-timed pit stops, and to La Bambula for the well deserved finish. Thank you also to Paul Schillings for capturing the day so perfectly, and to Katie from SR Print for her support. A special mention goes to Shaun for raising the highest amount, an outstanding achievement.
20 Year Quiz – Friday 19th June 2026 6pm Held at Cortados Café in the port, 10 euro entry per person – all proceeds to the charities, with drinks, sandwiches and a raffle provided by Javea Home Finders. There are only 60 places so book your place now!
