Quarter 4 2023 Property Statistics in Javea
Every quarter the government issues official figures for the valuation of properties in Javea. This is an average M2 price including all types of properties. This then gives us a percentage uplift to calculate how the market is performing. The quarter 4 figures for 2023 show there has been a 10% increase from quarter 4 in 2022. This is a big jump from the previous year from 2021 to 2022 that only saw a 1.5% increase, there was a substantial increase from 2020 – 2021 of 15%. Overall making a rise of 31% from Q4 2020 – Q4 2023.

We have been waiting for these latest figures to show us how the market is performing and in 2023 the market continued to grow strongly.
